“We must proudly champion a vision of abundance, innovation, and freedom, recognizing that human life and human flourishing is the ultimate standard of the good.”

Your sentence at the conclusion of the article reminded me of Rand’s idea of “hatred of the good for being the good!” Yet another reminder why Rand’s stature has only risen over time.

Which further reminds me that Nature provides no evidence to Man that life can exist in any form of “stasis.” What nature does universally provide is evidence that life is either growing or dying. Therefore, those who argue that “growth” is detrimental, or worse, argue that a purposeful decline from previous growth is “needed,” are advocating death over life - in the name of life!

Their flight from “reason” continues…………….

Alex Epstein has written a book that refutes every arguement of the anti-life, anti-freedom nay sayers and that book is "Fossil Future". In addition, a short book is very good to read by Onkar Ghate and Don Watkins called "Profit Without Apology".
